Xbox battery pack is not recharging on multiple cables or plugs.

I’ve tried to get help from MS. A rechargeable battery pack I got about a month ago won’t charge. Was on the phone with support but then when the person came back and said “here’s what we’re going to do…” that call ended.

I tried contacting back but was then told I’ve made too many attempts (two is too many I guess?) and have to wait now to call back.

Is there any other support option so I can try to get this handled sooner?

nope, however you have multiple options that you can choose

batteries, but these must be recharged constantly

rechargeable battery pack with a charging stand, however you cannot play and charge

the best option is a rechargeable battery pack also with a USB recharging wire, this lets you play and recharge your battery at the same time furthermore you can play without the battery pack as long as the wire is plugged in witch is neat
