xbox basically stole from me

Alright so i did my daily bank check online to see that apparently Microsoft has taken money out of my account after a week when i turne auto-renew
OFF. so i went to my xbox live account to see even though they basicly stole my money that my live was NOT extended nor was it fixed. please someone fix that. i am one very
UNHAPPY camper. thanks for stealing my hard earned money.

Purchasing Item on fifa 12 and not receiving anything but i still lost my points?

i lost 120 microsoft points on fifa 12 but didnt receive a pack, what can i do? microsoft have basically just stolen from me...

Why buying from Microsoft store sucks

Yeah, I bought from them exactly twice.

First time - I bought 4 Xbox codes and received only 2 of them, they refused to refund and I even made a Paypal claim, which they somehow weaseled out of. Basically they stole $50 from me.
Second time - Pre-ordered Dead Rising 3 and it took almost a month to get my $10 code. Definitely could have found a better deal elsewhere.

I wont shop there again

This is very strange. The only thing I can think of would be that your card in question is applied to more than just that one account. Like a trial membership account for example and never turned the auto-renewal off.

At this point you should definitely give them a call on one of the numbers below depending on your geographical location

When calling please choose the relevant options to get through to Memberships & Billing. Once you have passed their security they will have a way of finding out what is going on. They may ask for your long card number over the phone to see if the card is
linked to more than one account.

The best way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

Sign in at xbox.com.
Select Contact Us.
Choose your category. (In this case, Billing & accounts.)
Select "See other options" when presented the virtual agent.
Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Payment & Billing, then Show contact options.)
Select to Request a call from Support.

Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further.

Have you tried signing out then back in again this sometimes happens and needs a refresh. If it doesn't give you the membership Microsoft will not take the money out. You can always check by logging in to xbox.com and checking purchase history.
