Xbox Bar on Windows 10 cannot record some TV streaming programmes

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with recording using the Game DVR. Some content disables recording capability by default. You won't be able to make clips of these titles.

I recommend to review the
Microsoft Service Agreement for more information.

You may be able to do it via the Xbox app on PC as you can stream the game to the app and your able to record to the PC via the Xbox app you can also record your voice this way too.
