    Xbox bans the victims


    The Xbox banning system is truly ridiculous. A player messaged me first with a hateful speech and then proceeded to use cuss words at me. I then very carefully chose to respond to this player using no cuss words and yet I am banned. I reported
    the player for his cuss word and receive no confirmation of his penalty. He walks away free and me as the victim gets punished. If this absurdity continues I will take my business and my families business elsewhere.

    Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

    Once an achievement reached 100% and they stay lock, that is an "Achievement ban" tons of players are the victim of "Achievement Ban".

    Hi there,

    The Enforcement Team does not tell any user the outcome of a report the user submits. Users may get a thank your submitting a report message, but not always.

    The only ones who know if a suspension was issued is the user who was suspended and the Enforcement Team.

    No No No no. what I'm saying is that if you were wrongfully console banned (A Mistake by Enforcement Team or Microsoft or Whoever) and the console ban is irreversible then they should owe you (The Console Ban victim) a shiny new xbox 360.
