xbox bans ppl 4 wat ????

xbox ban me 2day y.. cuz my friends r banned and im chatting with them... the last couple days sum racist EU kids kept inv me 2 chat lookin like dey wanna trade, they here me talk they ask if im black i say yes.. then they call me a stupid american and all
types of ****.. i would leave and sum1 else invites me and does the same... and i get voice and msg banned 4 defending myself.... i been loyal 2 xbox live 4 over 8 years dont start this now

ppl reporting others for the fun of it

how can ppl report others for the fun of it gets me my son has been ban from doing messages ecr on the xbox because some nasty person reported him for wat Eva reason he doesn't have headset ect only uses messages one person sent my boy a message then reported
him wen no reply was sent some ppl need to grow up n stop reporting ppl for the sake of it n I've blocked a few bad mouth ppl from my account one person being resit ect all ppl should just block ppl if u can't get along not report ppl for ur own mistake

thats abit dramatic iv had games shipped early in the past and played ok they wont ban ppl 4 getting it early.

 

Doesn't matter who started it,if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

Always best to just report & block anyone being abusive over live.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums you would need to go to the enforcement site to see about your suspension & file for a case review if eligible

you understand that website does nothing for people it makes them more mad because it tells you how you got screwed over by people on the internet who get enjoy of people getting harmed or struggling.

 

i agree entirely that website does nothing for you it just tells you that "we don't care who was right and who was wrong we are going to give you some scripted answer and you'll just have to get over it even though you've really done nothing wrong"
