Discus and support Xbox bans not lifted in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Had 2 bans, a day apart, each for 2 weeks(comm and harassment apparently). the bans were supposed to be lifted on Sept 1st and it is now the 8th and it...     Xbox bans not lifted


    Had 2 bans, a day apart, each for 2 weeks(comm and harassment apparently). the bans were supposed to be lifted on Sept 1st and it is now the 8th and it has not lifted. While I can play online I cannot send messages or use mic. I've tried changing privacy
    settings, hard restart, removing profile, unplug console, and so on to no prevail. Called Xbox and weren't any help. Not sure what to do now.

    Ban not lifted

    Support holds no power over bans/suspensions. The XBLPET handles those matters. If you were banned for 2 weeks on 01/05/2013 at 10:45 pm for example, it seems only natural to me that you won't be unbanned until 10:45 pm today.

    When you removed your profile did you power cycle the console before you added your profile back onto the console?

    I've done what many forums have suggested such as power cycling and unplugging console, router, etc and I still can't use communications. App doesn't let me either.

    How long is my communication ban?

    The time the ban lifts should be right at the end of the ban reason. If it's not there then the ban has already lifted.

    I have been falsely banned for 2 years now before the new enforcement program was released I did my time may I be unbanned now?

    If the enforcement team did not lift the ban when you submitted the appeal, then the ban won't be lifted. Any permanent bans given prior to the strike system being put in place, were not lifted.

    Communication Ban Lifted but People Can't Hear Me

    The ban was lifted mid day today (12/21). Thanks for the info but if the system takes time to lift the ban shouldn't that be accounted for when telling someone on the enforcement site the exact time (down to the second) that the ban will be lifted?

    Your account has been suspended from Xbox LIVE.

    Your ban is lifted around the same time as the ban was imposed. IE if your ban was imposed at 9pm it'll be lifted around that time.

    hey people im not getting signed in to xbox live and i dont know why i got banned and

    Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.
