    Xbox bans my whole family xboxes and account and no case review


    My xbox account was hacked and my account was permanently banned and I cannot submit any case review to enforcement.xbox.com or contact xbox support no one replies it's soo frustrating and a week later my whole family xboxes got banned for no reason and microsoft doesn't care I guess my sister's and brother's xboxes got a permanently banned they are depressed too and it's really heart breaking that our whole family xboxes get banned and now we cannot play games I spent lot of money on gaming dedicated my life to it and I get a ban in the end with no support

    Given that your account was banned, it would be necessary to request a case review. If your account was permanently banned, and not just temporarily, it wouldn't be possible to unban it, sadly.

    Is there a way I can get my account unbanned i've learnt my lesson and I even threw out and got a new hard drive
