Xbox bans are retarded

I personally think xbox bans are just stupid af because who tf is gonna take getting roasted by some Kid on xbox seriously? It makes no sense, especially when you have to make a new account just to talk to friends or join their party!!! I genuinely hope
that Microsoft learns what Is offensive and what is not. If this isn’t fixed I am going to assume that a vast majority of people (including myself) are going to transition to ps4 because of how far superior ps4 is in nearly every way.

You are responsible for your actions, if somebody else sends messages that break the code of conduct, you can report them, you don't have to answer back. It is the same with voice communications, you don't have to respond, there are mute options. Mute, Report,
Block, Don't respond, that way you stay withing the Code of Conduct and the party that is abusing you gets the enforcement action.

The code of conduct is clear and easy to understand and if you read PlayStations it is exactly the same.

At one time, I remember you giving me a compliment about my ability to put my thoughts to words and make well thought out posts... this short but sweet post deserves no less than the same.

 

The funny thing is that he'll soon be banned from the PSN as well. Sony has a set of rules very like Microsoft.

You got banned for a very good reason, if you keep on doing whatever it is that caused you to be banned on the PS4, you'll also get banned there as well, they have very similar rules that Microsoft does.

So ye, go and buy a PS4 and play it all you want, scream at people who T-Bag you, just don't be surprised what your account gets banned.

 

Every company and country on this planet has rules or laws. Without them, we'd be in utter ciaos. It is not Microsoft's fault. It is your attitude and behavior at fault. Your the kind of person likely to get speeding and parking tickets and perhaps even
a criminal record, if you can't start following even a few rules... We have rules and laws which GOVERN BEHAVIOR. It's not Microsoft that needs to do the learning, it's you...

PS4 is not superior to PC. PC has far more users and more games, than PS4. Not to mention a PC can do more things than what a PS4 console can do.

I've had Xbox since late 2010. I have ONE account and no bans. So it is doable. Try seeking some self discipline support and counselling/support. Granted it may not be easy given your background. But having good behavior can go a long way. If someone annoys
you in multiplayer, report, block, mute them and move on.

It may also pay to look up on Google and in the dictionary, of the definitions to some of the words mentioned in the Xbox COC. Using intelligence, rather than ignorance, you'll be able to see where you may have gone wrong.
