Xbox bans are a joke

Games may be rated M, but everything else on Live has to remain E for everybody. These are the rules you agreed to when you signed up.

I forgot you guy's are bunch of babysitters for the little 12 year's online even there not old enough to play the game . Im sorry you guy's are not gonna tell me what I can or can't say in my own home.

1st the M rating for games is for purchasing the game not for playing the game.

2nd the 1st amendment lets see what it actually says in regards to the freedom of speech.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress
of grievances."

What a lot of people dont understand is the bill of rights is freedoms of the people from a tyrannical government. Not private companies that can make their own rules in their own
buildings or servers that you agreed to abide by when you signed up.

The first amendment says that CONGRESS shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech again says nothing about a private company.

Think of it this way Microsoft likes to keep everything E for everyone on live.

Say you were to walk into a Chuck E Cheese where the company is a kid company and supposed to be E for everyone and you and another person gets into an argument do you think that
the people at Chuck E Cheese are going to do something to just the person that started it Nope they will ask both to leave the thing is if they only see you saying something to the other person they are only going to ask you to leave the only way MS is going
to be able to do anything against someone that violates the code of conduct is if someone reports them so if you feel that you dont have time to be a nark and you decide to do something that violates the code of conduct and get upset because the other person
doesnt get suspended then dont complain because you didnt report the other person.

Regardless of what he does or say any violation you commit is your own fault
