    Xbox banning people fraudulently


    I'm honestly getting sick and tired of Xbox . first off I get a suspension bug a few months back. In which I've came to a lot of people attention on. I was officially suspended for a day for Misconduct and bad behavior... I haven't played Xbox since the last post I've made about this issue. Xbox clearly doesn't care about us since every case we try to review is ineligible for review. Xbox doesn't even have a customer service for this. it's been years (since 2016) that we haven't had this issue. I'm honestly getting tired of the ambassadors too. I was kicked out the program over a fraudulent suspension. FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP! because I'm on the verge of leaving this company for good. You guys at Xbox keep taking a step backwards every policies you hand out there. Thank you for throwing me under the bus Team Xbox. After all the hard work I'm starting to see that it was all for NOTHING.

    The reason he got banned is because when your accounts not old enough or has a fake number it will be marked fraudulent

    As mentioned the only people able to help you would be the people that sold the code to you. A lot of accounts were banned about a year or two ago for using CD key codes since a lot were bought fraudulently. The fact this is going on should show you how
    sketchy that place is. I would stick to the Microsoft Store from now on.

    To be honest. Whether you're fraudulent or genuine is somewhat irrelevant here. There is nothing at all that can be done on these forums about console bans.

    call your credit card company and tell them all the things from xbox were fraudulent and they will backcharge MS you will most likely be banned for it though at the very least not be able to play live with that account.
