Xbox banning based on invalid information

My son told me he was banned, under my account. I enjoy how Microsoft has taken up being the world leader in morals and ethics, which works well when there is no proper judicial hearings and freedom of the individual has been eclipsed by the
terms of service that even lawyers have trouble understanding. I stopped recurring billing on his xbox live game pass.
That’s the only freedom that we have left is to stop paying for something when it is not enforced or regulated by a proper governing body but by a terms of service agreement that can be used and manipulated to unfairly and unjustly try and execute without
no known defense. Freedom of the individual is gone, controlled by a small few in power, but at the moment at least I can stop sending money.
He has me paying for a gold account that ends in December and then we will have to re-think this control that Microsoft and Xbox has.
My son was telling his friends not to say the n-word. He is a model citizen and student, and your treatment is outrageous and misinformed and the rights of the individual must be protected over the discriminatory and outlandish terms of
service agreements that create a world of absolute control and corruption by monopolistic corporations that in the end just take our money.
The world is not a nice place, with hate and anger everywhere, and if Microsoft and Xbox want to pretend to be the world leaders in love and peace then they need to make sure that when they use some sort of dystopian powers to control people at least
make sure there that it is not just self-righteous [mod removed].
I’m not a powerful person, but I know when we lose our freedom we lose our rights has humans.
Let me guess some AI was used to control his account. He told me he said Penis, but I can’t find a transcript so I will defend my son.
Did you ban the other kids spreading hate and bullying? If it wasn’t for Covid 19 I would cancel all Xbox accounts but it’s the only way he talks to friends, so that’s life now, we have to sacrifice our freedoms to bow and cower to the
corporations.

Xbox live is a privately run service and technically does not fall under any government regulation, you have to agree to terms when you access live, if you fail to adhere to the terms they can ban you from the service which can include a perm ban and loosing
access to all your game licences.

as it is a private service they can allow or not allow anyone of their choosing to be on said service.

They only ban when they have evidence, nobody here can assist, support cannot assist.

Modding the console is illegal (as well as invalidating the warranty). Any information of this type will be deleted and with consequent ban.

Based on the results I've found with a quick web search, that error code means your account's purchasing function has been blocked possibly due to invalid information. If all of your personal/billing information is correct, I would contact Xbox Support by
calling 1 (800) 4MY-XBOX and talk to someone in billing.
