    Xbox Banning and/or suspending Paid Xbox Members Without Reason!


    I have an Xbox Series X. A day ago I turned on my Xbox to find a fifteen day suspension to include online gaming, communication, and downloads. It stated to go to support.family.history. blah blah blah. I did and clicked on action taken to find that there was an area to click appeal, but there was no reasoning as to why I was suspended. How is Xbox allowed to get away with just suspending people with no reasoning once so ever? How is anyone supposed to provide a proper appeal when they don't know what they are appealing. Anyway, my appeal was denied. Shocker, but still in my appeal I asked for reasoning as to why I am being suspended. I didn't recieve anything from Xbox support back in regards to the suspension. Now had this been a free program to play on, I really have no rights. However, I pay a monthly fee to utilize the Xbox network for my gameplay. It is not legal to give consequences to anyone without providing thorough and proper detail as to why the ban, suspension, or warning took place. This is not right, nor should this continue to be a continuing practice. I bet if I rounded up thousands of Xbox members for a class action lawsuit against this, Xbox would finally listen up.

    If you believe you were suspened without reason, feel free to appeal your ban from XBOX Live.

    Being suspended without reason is rare, but players could have been kicked by a ''rogue'' admin of yours, causing them to blame you. Just an idea!

    Are anyone telling us the reason for our console ban? NO.

    So when the issue is console ban they copy and paste this link and send us there but now the link is updated and saying for talk with the Members of the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team but anyone speak with us.

    What is this? For ban they use the TOC and TOU but for anwser our questions they forget what are in the links?

    If you were banned/suspended from XBOX Live, and you really feel it was for no reason, contact the XBOX enforcements team.
