Xbox Banned

I spoke with Microsoft when I was informed by my younger son that our family xbox one has been banned from internet play, Microsoft first told me that the console serial number was not banned when I spoke with the technician I was on the phone for several
minutes trouble shooting, I informed the representative that my son who was more xbox capable would be home from school in a half hour. My son and I called back and he spoke with a representative who went through the same troubleshooting steps as myself and
then the technician went through everyone's account who was on the console to finally tell my son his account was banned for some type of banning issue. I was given a website to go to see if there was a reason no reason was there under the gavel just that
the console could not go on line there was no option to appeal or anything. I do believe that this practice is not right when some consoles can be family owned. The ability to take privilages away from a whole family is not right, for one person (still do
not know if the complaint is valid was not given any information and the account was owned by a juvenile). With me being the adult who purchased the console for the family and not given any warning its very difficult for me to understand this situation.
Do anyone no anyway that I can talk with someone was informed by Microsoft to post on this website.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review, but as you've already found out, you cannot submit a review on console bans. There is no way to have a console unbanned.
The warning you're given is the code of conduct/terms of use you agree to when you sign up for Live.

 

Yes, Microsoft can ban consoles for reasons they believe are infractions regarding terms of service, code of conduct issues, theft of use of accounts, theft of games bought by other people in the family (usually downloaded games bought with another account)..
Account bans are usually temporary, from hours to several days long. Console bans are always permanent, and usually are regarding something with serious violations of terms of service over a period of time. Account ban with console ban can happen together,
but could be the account ban comes first, then if the behavior continues, or is shown that the persons whos account was banned or violates the TOS uses the console through a different account, the console can be banned.

Typically, it is recommended that juveniles don't own their own separate account from the parent. A juvenile should have their account under a parent administrator account. Having one Xbox in a family situation where multiple accounts are used on it might
also pose a problem because Microsoft prefers to have a console dedicated to one main account, where that account is the "home account" for that console. While they claim multiple accounts can be used with one console, it could pose a problem where digital
games are used with the different accounts. I emphasize the key phrase, could pose problems.
