I know all of that and I can still play my games on this old slow SLUGGISH Xbox one so I want to upgrade but won't have any of my games... I'm not gonna repurchase all of my games like I said I only play digital but back to what matters I didn't use abusive
or threatening language toward anyone! I have proof100% man... also I'm playing M rated games so my cursing isn't what causes a permanent ecspecially now that their is clubs and in the Xbox clubs their is tags that you can use that say swearing is OK literally..
then a kid can tell me to kill my self which is comepletely threatening language... maybe I should've just so the little kid could be in prison and I'd be with my friend that actually did kill herself 2 years ago..... but the kid only got a 2week ban... Xbox

Got lords of thr fallen, never played it. My 5 year old nephew played it for 2 days and it's a digital deluxe worth 86 bucks. Is there really no refund. Cause I went on micro.com did the refund article and all it did was erase the game of my Xbox and said I had to pay for it agian

I am having billing issues right now due to a lost card and you definately do not get banned until year 9999. I have had the same issue in the past when changing banks and all they do is revert you to silver and stop you going gold (even by prepaid card)
until their is a valid payment method on your account. Sorry OP but you aint guna get your games back.

Be grateful it was just £80 worth of stuff. I prob have at leats £1000 worth of content on my console.
