Xbox banned me for asking a question to another player

Hello everyone,

I was browsing the warframe market website, saw a listing I wanted, and messaged the player the following on xbox live:

"helo, are you still selling speed drift for 10 p? "

This was apparently enough for xbox to ban me on xbox for 24 hours.

I have talked with xbox support and they cannot help me, they can only tell me to review the community standards,

I asked that warframe change the name of this mod, or talk with xbox enforcement to make sure that players are not being autobanned for trying to use the in game platinum market and the market tools made by the community,

I have never seen this before, and I pay for the xbox live service, and should not be getting banned for this rediculous reason. I am very upset, and would like a better answer than to just sit and take my undeserved punishment, as an xbox customer for over 13 years.

Sadly there is nothing that can be done about the ban. 24 hours ban cannot be appealed nor removed from the account.

so news update applied for the case review and according to the enforcement team I still violated the C.O.C by "confronting"him when I asked him why he was being a racist to me and another player still believe that it was not necessary to give me the communication
ban for asking a question but it is what it is 11 days left

no, i am not ip address banned, i created another account and a mod approved and registered me, i kept it for 2 days till i wrote on a mod's wall; asking a question. i got banned for "ban evasion" very confused, still not IP address banned....
