kinda funny how people rage in the lobby and tell you get the f off the team and after the match was over he is still bullying us because we lost the match saying we suck we should sell our Xbox. I send this guy one message and I'm in Xbox jail even he

Hi, it’s best to just report and block the user.

You can say whatever you want in your own home, but if any of that shows up on Live, the enforcement team will continue to suspend you.

1st the M rating for games is for purchasing the game not for playing the game.

2nd the 1st amendment lets see what it actually says in regards to the freedom of speech.

What a lot of people dont understand is the bill of rights is freedoms of the people from a tyrannical government. Not private companies that can make their own rules in their own
buildings or servers that you agreed to abide by when you signed up.

The first amendment says that CONGRESS shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech again says nothing about a private company.

Think of it this way Microsoft likes to keep everything E for everyone on live.

Say you were to walk into a Chuck E Cheese where the company is a kid company and supposed to be E for everyone and you and another person gets into an argument do you think that
the people at Chuck E Cheese are going to do something to just the person that started it Nope they will ask both to leave the thing is if they only see you saying something to the other person they are only going to ask you to leave the only way MS is going
to be able to do anything against someone that violates the code of conduct is if someone reports them so if you feel that you dont have time to be a nark and you decide to do something that violates the code of conduct and get upset because the other person
doesnt get suspended then dont complain because you didnt report the other person.

comparing my home to chuck e cheese lol not my problem you guy's are babysitter just because parents are too lazy to watch their own kids. Don' make sense you can play a rated m game but cant' use the same language. Maybe I want my **** money back since
you guy's **** douchebags. **** kick me off for 14 day's when the **** was running his mouth in the lobby I guess the pancy can't dish it out that' why he went to cry to guy's. After 10 years giving buying stuff kinda of slap in the face.

Ok let me use this analogy

When you got your drivers license you agreed to abide by the rules of driving which if you go speeding down the road and a cop pulls you over for speeding he gives you a ticket. (driving is a privilege.)

Well when you signed up for xbox live you agreed to abide by their rules and if you break their rules you get suspended from the service (xbox live is a privilege).

All you have to do is ignore people dont let them get to you

Honestly I know I am not good at video games but im there to have fun if someone sends me a message saying that im not good at a game honestly I would just laugh because I know im not good and ignore them.
