xbox banned? impossiable

guys I play my xbox one more than my 360 and ps4, ive been with you guys since 2001, even though I changed my name, but I got handsome collection like 2 months ago, or so. now I go to play the presequel and it says do you have disk or go to store, I go to
store and it wants 59.99 for the handsome collection! so I called 1800 4 my xbox. and the lady told me my xbox one is banned! is she on drugs? I play oneline all the time with call of duty etc. also I got forza 5 n 6 and having the same issue. now being a
customer for last 15 yrs, 8 on live and other 7 on differnet name. something needs done, or I will send this day one edition xbox one to you with dog crap in it! Im really beyond pissed off. ive been nothing but loyal to you guys. and this how you treat good

The Handsome Collection was free to play for one weekend. In order to play it after that weekend, you had to purchase the game.

If you're able to play online, you're not banned. If you are banned, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Its impossiable to code CoD4 maps onto MW3, It takes too much space up and its extremely difficult to code. One of the head developers of Sledge hammer games said, "It is physically impossible at this time."

When BLK OPs first came out there was no QSing at all. Eventually they gave in to all the whining and made it a little easier to QS. It was still difficult but not impossiable. Nothing like MW3. The other day, I was drop shot/QSed in one fluid motion. I
do not usually get mad about stuff that happens in game, but that one did have me a little hot under the collar.
