    Xbox I'm really sorry for all the trouble I've cost into this system but please I promise I'll change I barely got my Xbox today and maybe somebody else was on my account but please Xbox I want to play with my friends . ):

    Xbox account banned forever

    Hi my name is Bradley and I have been using Microsoft products for years in specific the Xbox 360. Well I had a previous Xbox Live account which was named "Specialshred" but in this case it was banned for something I hadn't done nor had any part in. Well
    let me get to the the chase, my account was banned forever because the account was being modified or tampered with and I honestly had no idea this was going on, I was in Disney Land with my family during Christmas because this was when then events supposedly
    been taking place. Well I have a step brother who is a bit older than me and we don't get along to well, but I guess he mods a lot and I guess he thought it was smart to try out his new program on my account before he used it on his and long story short this
    ended my account up in a permanent ban which I was sad for a little while because I put almost five years into that account and hundreds of dollars on DLC, avatar items, arcade games and many other things. Since now it has been so long and I have made a new
    account as you can see im not mainly trying to get the account back, I am now mainly trying to get all the things I bought on that account transfered over to my new one if that was possible.But if that wouldn't be able to work I would just kindly ask if the
    Microsoft team would possibly be able to permit the account to work again. Thank you for your time, and please get back to me soon.

    Your friend would have been banned because he did something to violate the code of conduct, not because of you. He would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information
    on his ban and to see about submitting a case review.

    Your friend only got a permanent suspension for severe or repeated breaches of the code of conduct. Not because you reported him.

    Your friend can appeal the enforcement action on his account but a permanent suspension is only issued in the most severe circumstance and have solid evidence against them

    Thanks for reaching out to us in forums for this issue. In relation to your friend being banned, the awesome Ambassadors are correct in that any ban/suspension would be based on past behavior and this is especially true of permanent bans since its a culmination
    of all past behavior.

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

    You can try and appeal via
    Enforcement     but perma-bans are very difficult to revert as each person is responsible for every ANY and ALL activity on their accounts.
