How do I even start this thread.

My old Gt ZacInYoFace was a great account where I have a history of many hours of COD , Diablo, and almost every other game I could get my hands on .

I am almost always in a party and have always been known as a fun fair player . I played games on the down time and the only beef I would start was when i was making a hamburger as I ran the new destiny raid.

3 months ago around December I received a message basically saying You are now banned, good luck.

WE CRAP , That was about the worst thing to ever happen to me . I am not one to complain for a reason that isnt justified so thats exactly why Im mentioning anything at all .

I have literally thousands of dollars invested into this account and after doing my own research to investigate what happened I was told . ZACINYOFACE , you asked for too many refunds, and it was mentioned I asked for refunds even when I was told I couldnt
have any more .

This is a bucket of turds, and not just a small one, im talking Take a football stadium and fill it with POO POO bucket of turds.

SO Thats what happened and for the past few months I would try and contact ANYONE related to the enforcement team . Literally crickets .. but like not even crickets.

Crickets on a mute button is what I have been hearing.

ANYONE WITH XBOX OR THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM . Please See This . . Double PLEASE HELP OUT .

I've had TOO many years and TOO much money invested in Xbox for this DOO DOO Sandwhich of a situation.

WHY AM I WAITING FOR MY POST (THAT WAS SENT YESTERDAY) TO BE POSTED STILL? I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I WOULD HAVE AN ANSWER WITHIN 24-48 HOURS, BUT MY QUESTION HAS NOT EVEN BEEN "APPROVED" YET ?

 

How many truly broken Kinects?

My Kinect is completely dead. The real kick in the pants...I called for replacement and I was one day outside of my warranty's "grace period". Microsoft wants $89.00 for a refurbished turd that they will warranty for a whole 30 days. On a separate note,
XBox customer support is absolutely horrendous. I have had better customer service while waiting in the wrong line at the DMV.

 

What kind of refunds were you asking for?

I'm pretty sure that violates the TOU.
