Xbox banned for no reason..

Gamertag is CrazyGamer1309.... live account was banned for no reason.....In the e-mail that was received it stated that it was banned for cheating????? How does one cheat on xbox without modding the system? this account has been active for many years.
the person using the gamertag is a good player...how was he cheating? is it cheating being good at the games. or does enforcement just take the words of people that think because he is good that he MUST be cheating....A good idea would be to who is reporting
cheaters and how often they do it . The user was playing destiny at the time of the banning. He just got the game on Dec. 24th. and banned on the 27th. The user only plays FPS and this is why he is good. We would like this account reinstated as soon as possible.
Sooner rather than later. if not I would like proof that he was cheating and I will take it from there...The user is certain that he wasn't cheating... I have played along side with him and know how good of a player he is.

There needs to be a better way to inform people before they are banned not just bam your done. A warning e-mail would be nice. Also a better way to take care of the issue. Plus when you are paying for a service there needs to be warning.

Unfortunately the only ones that can answer questions about account suspensions/banning is the Policy and Enforcement Team. You can ask the question here: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

Keep in mind the forums are moderated so the post won't appear right away, and only the account holder/parent will be able to ask & get a response.

One other thing to keep in mind the enforcement action is handed out when the investigation is complete. A report could have been filed at anytime.

The enforcement actions are noted in the Code of Conduct/Terms of Use agreed to when creating an account. And when they get updated, users have to agree to the new terms before playing online. Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers
