    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    After 5 years without connect my 360 console to XboxLive, today tried connect my 360 to XboxLive for update my profile with my Xbox One and appear a message that says my console was banned.

    How that is possible, if I haven´t logged in for 5 years?

    Will they shut down the servers?

    The original Xbox live was shut down 5 years after the Xbox 360 was released, so I doubt they will switch off xbox live for it in just one year after the Xbox one is released. Microsoft have stated that they will support the Xbox 360 and Xbox Live for it

    Agree. Nothing happens to modders. I had my other account banned in 13 for no apparent reason. No evidence. No NOTHING. Till 12/31/9999. That same day I had a $50 gift card and one year xbl. After I got off I got back on a couple of hours later. What
    do I see. I see I am banned till 9999. Once again no evidence. Modders are there untouched but people that literally do nothing...get banned.

    To answer your question why it's took 3 years to enquire a ban is that I was told by the Xbox support team to say exactly what I posted after telling them of the reason why I was banned and it's been three years. I was told that a ban may be able to be lifted
    if possible. Reason I was banned was for changing my avatars hair color to blue.
