    Xbox banned account


    Hello,

    My xbox account has been suspended. I can't connect from my PC.
    I have followed all the instructions and on the repreddive measures page I have no alerts or infractions. Everything is ok.

    However, when I log in I get the message “Unable to connect, because your account has been suspended from Xbox Live” and my account is in “Forbidden user” mode, so I can't contact support...

    What advice could you give me?

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
    with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

    Trying to add a banned account to an Xbox is not possible. Nor is trying to add an account to a banned Xbox console (ie hardware ban)

    hey people im not getting signed in to xbox live and i dont know why i got banned and

    Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.
