Xbox banned account game sharing

Game sharing as well as a account sharing is a violation of terms of service and can lead to account and hardware bans

Just an FYI, game sharing with a friend outside of your home is against the rules and can cause both of your accounts to be banned. You are not allowed to share your account details with anyone else and are only meant to share the Home Xbox sharing feature
with family in the same house.

Also,sharing your account info,letting others on your account & game sharing out side your own physical household are all violations of the rules & could lead to an account ban or even a console ban.

Keep in mind that sharing your account information, and game sharing with a friend like this, is against the rules and Code of Conduct and can get both of your accounts banned. You're not allowed to do this. You can only game share and share Home Xbox
set-ups with family members in the same household as you, not friends in different houses.

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/
