    Xbox Bann error


    I recently wanted to play sea of thieves on my Xbox series S but my console wasn’t connected to internet (this normally happens with my wi fi for some reason) but when I tried connecting to my Wi-Fi it gave me an error code that said that my console is banned from Xbox network. After checking I have 0 infraction against the Xbox network guid lines and Also I have no idea when the bann ends and calling Microsoft did not help because I technically didn’t do anything to deserve a console ban . So I got a couple of questions does that mean that my ip is banned ? And if not can I buy a new Xbox and log in with a brand new account? I would love to get help with my problem because I know I’m not the only one that has this problem

    I am having this exact same issue and error code. Another friend of mine is as well. No emails from xbox live. Account hasn't been banne dor anything.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They cannot assist with enforcement, but they can till you if you still have an active enforcement action not showing on the website.

    Using an alternate account to bypass an enforcement action is a violation of the Code of Conduct.

    It is possible that a console privilege suspension can be issued to prevent this from happening.

    Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.
