    Xbox ban


    I am disgusted with how this banning works this is the second time I've been banned for no apparent reason. I now have to suffer and wait for my ban to finish and I don't think it's fair I don't pay for Xbox live to get banned for no reason. I think Microsoft
    should change this and look further into detail regarding bans I've had basically 1 month of Xbox live and not being able to play because of bans. I don't come online and play with friends to basically get kicked off and have communication bans for no apparent
    reason I play online and if I don't like anyone who's in my club I remove them and I'm guessing they get there mates to file a report against me that isn't fair is it ? This should be cleared up and bans red to be thought about in more detail or I will no
    longer be a Xbox subscriber I will take my business elsewhere.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    The enforcement team does not use these forums. They can only be found at enforcement.xbox.com. You can file a case review from there if the ban is eligible.

    Trying to add a banned account to an Xbox is not possible. Nor is trying to add an account to a banned Xbox console (ie hardware ban)

    There is a chance that the Xbox is a banned one.

    An Xbox Live device ban is permanent for Xbox consoles and devices. Even if the ownership changes, the device ban is still there and can’t be lifted. If you purchase an Xbox console or device that’s been banned, you won’t be able to connect to Xbox
    Live.

    If you’ve bought a second-hand Xbox console or device and you can’t sign in or connect to Xbox Live, it might be banned and you’ll need to contact the previous owner or user.
