Xbox ban

Hello. Wel i was in a party with some dude last week and he basically called all english people **** and was neing rasist. He messaged me tonight to see if his goft was ready and basically said i probed wjay he thought of english people.

He was really racist to me over party chat but i just let it go

after he said i proved his point in message i then quoted what he said tp me in party

"not all english people are **** you het american ones too"

and bam i get a comunication ban!!

stating what he said in party why is it that i get a ban after he was tbe one being racist in chat and on party? Why dp i have tp suffer because of a racist?

Why do i get a ban and he doesnt?

Anyone can report someone for a foul word but surely investage a bit better as if i really wanted to be rude and arogant and make the ban worth while i would of said more than the word "****" and it wasnt even used to call him it. Im so annoyed!!!! This
is not on at all and the worst thing is there is no appral prosedure.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.
