    Hi this is the second time I write here. I'm gonna ask the same question again : When will my Xbox one console ban get remowed ?

    Somone here in the forums told me It wouldnt get removed but i contacted the support and I could talk to a real person and he told me it was until January13th ? Is this right ? Is it not possoble to beban me earlyer because i wasted enough
    time concacting everything here to know about my problems !! ( I think I wasted at least 6 hours to still have no exact answer) Please dont send me bach to the Xbox enforcment website because it just doesnt help

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here could give you an exact answer. If support told you the 13th, then it should be lifted on the 13th. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans so there is no possibility
    of having it lofted before then.

    How can I add a new account on my xbox when it's banned

    Trying to add a banned account to an Xbox is not possible. Nor is trying to add an account to a banned Xbox console (ie hardware ban)

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
    with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

    There is a chance that the Xbox is a banned one.

    An Xbox Live device ban is permanent for Xbox consoles and devices. Even if the ownership changes, the device ban is still there and can’t be lifted. If you purchase an Xbox console or device that’s been banned, you won’t be able to connect to Xbox
    Live.

    If you’ve bought a second-hand Xbox console or device and you can’t sign in or connect to Xbox Live, it might be banned and you’ll need to contact the previous owner or user.
