Xbox Ban lifted, Console acts otherwise

Hi, I was banned for two weeks due to an absolute disappointment from my brother but anyway, the ban was lifted, and my console is not allowing me to play online, talk in parties, or change my profile picture. I can’t contact Enforcement team, which is really
making me upset, but instead of getting angry, I want to take to the forums and figure out why this is. My account can play on another Xbox and not have the issue. I’m running the preview OS, so if that has something to do with it... I’m not sure, please any
help is welcome.

Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.

Support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement.

Console bans are either permanent or a 30 day temp suspension.

Either way,console bans can not be appealed.If it was a 30 day suspension then it will end 30 days after it started.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums there is nothing anyone here can do other than point you to the enforcement site
here where you can find info on any enforcement actions you have.

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

 

It still hasn’t worked man, reset it by removing all profiles and I honestly am really upset with Xbox
