XBOX BAN LIFTED BUT STILL NO ACCESS TO ACCOUNT AFTER 24 HOURS. PLS HELP!!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. It could be that the system still detects the previous account suspension and your account needs to be resync. If the enforcement action has already expired, try the following steps:

STEP 1: POWER DRAIN (CONTROLLER)

1. Remove the batteries on your controller even if it's turned on

2. Press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds. This will 1 the remaining power.

3. Wait 2 minutes.

4. Insert the batteries back to the controller and turn it on

STEP 2: POWER DRAIN (XBOX)

1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

4. Turn on console and wait for the dashboard to appear

i tried all those starts yesterday when the ban was first lifted, ill try in a couple of hours when it has been a full 24 hours after the ban was lifted. will post later to let you know

He should be able to try again after 24 hours. That would be the only way to possibly have the ban lifted.

If that was the situation that caused the ban, if he responded to the person in a way that violated the code of conduct he could still be punished.

If the ban is 24 hours or less, the ban will be lifted before the appeal is done.

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.
