Xbox Ban Issue not resolved

I was communication banned on 7/6 for 2 weeks and multiplayer banned on 7/7 again for 2 weeks. Todays the 7/22, which means both my suspensions are up right? I checked my enforcement history and dont currently have any active suspensions. I can play games
online now but I'm still comm banned (can't join parties, send messages etc..). All it says is "Past enforcement actions on your account or family account".

Issue still not resolved

That survey does not appear to be from our program, so we cannot offer a fully informed response on that issue. Regarding your August pre-order, the only pre-order offer that month was for purchases of physical disc pre-orders off of MicrosoftStore.com.
Since you did not make any physical purchases that month, you were not eligible for Credits for that offer.

 

Noise issue not resolved

The issues detailed in this 90 page thread (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4269/t/1805665.aspx?pi7962=90) are occuring for me on a brand new Xbox One without Kinect.

How do I check if I have the latest firmware? That supposedly fixed the issue for some people.

 

I have this same issue my ban was up Friday and I'm still blocked

 

Apparently this "bug" has been going on for years now where a ban does not lift properly. Atfer doing a bit of research, I tried doing reset, update steps etc.. to no avail. This is definitely an issue on their end and I was hoping someone could shed some
light in the matter since the threads for a "solution" I read are old. Most cases are just a party chat problem, but for me the its much bigger than that. Im banned across all accts, so gettiing a new xbox/account is simply not an option for me.

 

To check out whether you are still under a ban/ suspension check- Sign in to your Microsoft account

If your ban/suspension is up and you're still having effects of the ban/suspension on your xbox, try these steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox
2. Restart your console (Press the xbox button, press settings, press restart)
3. Try adding back your account

this did not help I still can't send messages or talk in party..

 

I have been in contact with Microsoft and they said my ban ends on the 15th of October! When the website says it's over now!?

 

Ishan8123 I made 100% sure and im not currently under an active suspension. I haven't tried the re-downloading profile yet, thanks for the suggestion. I will update if it works or not.

 

I have just had a email saying they have put a 100 day ban on my communication so that's what you will have....
