Xbox ban completed

My xbox suspension or ban is completed according to enforcement page . My xbox is saying its extended another day. Spoke with xbox support. The cant fix it. Told me to submit this and the case number - [mod removed]

The enforcement team will see it and they can see that their website says my suspension is completed but the ban isnt lifted but extended

I knew why the suspension happened. I surpassed the time of the suspension and still cant play. It said suspension was completed but my xbox is still saying that i have to wait till tomorrow after two in oder to play online again . The enforcement website
says i completed the suspension though . Gonna try what another person recommended and see if that works

@Bailout Baino - First I wanted to mention for future reference that an enforcement action will never be extended simply because it's a holiday weekend. That's not how enforcements work.

@adamcalvert - Any enforcement action should be listed at the enforcement website. If your enforcement was extended for an extra day it's likely that the PET discovered something else with your account and decided that an extra day was appropriate for your
account. Please wait it out and then continue playing safely and following the rules when your tag is released.

Maybe if you only have to wait a short time just wait it out, I don't think enforcement will be able to help if on their and it says you aren't banned

If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of violation associated with each enforcement action.
