    Hi,

    I recently bought an Xbox series X off someone, I am just trying to set it up currently and says Xbox Is banned?

    How can I fix this, and why is it banned?

    I have bought it off a person and this is what I am getting, not too sure what to do.

    Are you sure the console is banned or is there a profile on the console that is banned ?

    Unfortunately console bans can't be lifted and you will have to take the issue up with the seller

    Well you have to take it up with the marketplace since xbox nor ms sells used consoles I'm guessing kijiji? Which means you are on your own

    No. Console bans cannot be reversed. You would have to contact the person you bought it from for a refund.

    The console is banned, won't even let me log into an account which all work on normal xbox.

    Great, there is nothing can be done? Bought from marketplace ya see.
