    Just bought 50 pound xbox gift card sucefully redeemed it but when i go to use it on rocket league or anything else it says i still only have 0.58 in my account what do i do please help. It seems like this is a reacuring isue this month as well

    The balance is there?

    Or it's says $0 but with the date that you received on the message about the given balance?

    Could be nice try purchasing something on the xbox web marketplace to see if the balance appears there

    Sorry but Xbox currency cannot be used to purchase a Live membership. You can only use a credit card, paypal or purchase a prepaid membership card to do this.

    You will receive a prompt when purchasing an item, make sure you choose to use your account balance, If the item is more than $5 you will need to select another payment option to pay the rest.

    I purchased 2 £10 xbox gift cards then when I redeemed them both they were converted into Microsoft account balance. I buy this fortnightly for my children and I now have £20 credit on Microsoft but not on the Xbox. I can't use this account balance to
