    Sorry but Xbox currency cannot be used to purchase a Live membership. You can only use a credit card, paypal or purchase a prepaid membership card to do this.

    i have money on my xbox account, but i cant use it to buy xbox live? Is this correct?

    when trying to buy a 12 month subscription it gives me option to either use cc or paypal, but not my balance.

    Xbox Balance

    You will be prompted to select payment and it usually defaults to use the balance first and asks how you want the remaining paid (if applicable).

    Or it's says $0 but with the date that you received on the message about the given balance?

    Could be nice try purchasing something on the xbox web marketplace to see if the balance appears there

    I purchased 2 £10 xbox gift cards then when I redeemed them both they were converted into Microsoft account balance. I buy this fortnightly for my children and I now have £20 credit on Microsoft but not on the Xbox. I can't use this account balance to
