    i have money on my xbox account, but i cant use it to buy xbox live? Is this correct?

    when trying to buy a 12 month subscription it gives me option to either use cc or paypal, but not my balance.

    When you say money is in do you mean your xbox account balance of your debit or creditcard

    If account balance then no account balance never could be used for buying subscriptions

    You may possibly have a past due balance on your account that you will need to pay before you can make further purchases. Hopefully the link below will allow you check if you have an outstanding balance and also clear the balance.

    Sorry but Xbox currency cannot be used to purchase a Live membership. You can only use a credit card, paypal or purchase a prepaid membership card to do this.

    Or it's says $0 but with the date that you received on the message about the given balance?

    Could be nice try purchasing something on the xbox web marketplace to see if the balance appears there

    You will receive a prompt when purchasing an item, make sure you choose to use your account balance, If the item is more than $5 you will need to select another payment option to pay the rest.

    I purchased 2 £10 xbox gift cards then when I redeemed them both they were converted into Microsoft account balance. I buy this fortnightly for my children and I now have £20 credit on Microsoft but not on the Xbox. I can't use this account balance to
