    Xbox balance won't show up in store at all


    Im not trying to buy a backwards compatible game. No matter what i choose my account balance won't show up even tho when i got into the xbox settings it shows i have 15 US dollar.

    If the balance won't show up it may not be an approved payment method for what you are trying to purchase. If you think that is incorrect then for purchasing issues you should reach out to Xbox Support.

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    You can not purchase Xbox 360 games using Xbox balance from Xbox one or web. Only way you can use that balance is to use Xbox 360 console.

    Hello DaveHoulihan!

    Have you tried removing your Xbox profile from the Xbox console and redownloading / reinstalling it?

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One


    Also, did you contact an Xbox Live customer support agent so that they can confirm that the balance appears on our end, on our systems?
