    Xbox balance on account


    Hy!

    When I bought my xbox one, I had to choose France as my location because Belgium was not available at the time. Later it become available and I changed it to Belgium but the balance that I put on location France stays on location France. And I want to use
    it for my current location. How can I fix this?

    How can I equip a gift card amount on the Xbox store ?

    You can't use a Microsoft account balance to purchase backwards compatible titles through the Xbox One or xbox.com. You have to purchase them on a Xbox 360 console using this balance.

    It's your Xbox Account Balance. Your balance follows you no matter where you take your account, whether it's on Xbox One, Xbox 360.. even Windows Phone.

    you cant as ms aint a bank you shouldve used the balance before you transfered

    And yes it was on the warnings

    However you can set console back to France and use the balance as long as it's not a 360 game and change the location back after

    Balances are not converted from one currency to another. You must spend the value of the currency in which it was purchased. You will have to buy another Microsoft gift card when you move to another country or region, because the balance you have in one
    currency will not work in another marketplace.

    When you say money is in do you mean your xbox account balance of your debit or creditcard

    If account balance then no account balance never could be used for buying subscriptions

    it does not expire, it is not removed for time, it will stay in your account for as long as the Xbox platform lasts.

    To clarify, if you added funds from a gift card it usually doesn't expire. But funds added through promotions or the Microsoft rewards program do expire. Expiration dates would be given in the terms of the offer.

    There is no way to transfer the money, but you can split the payment. You have to make the purchase on the console in order for it to work. You just have to go to confirm the payment and it will ask if you want to use the remaining balance on your account
    and then just charge the remainder to your paypal (if that is the payment option you have on file).
