    Unfortunately, I believe they shut it down late last year however with the upcoming realise of the Xbox Series X they will be opening back up to suggestions.

    Microsoft Xbox Series X: Why won't there be backward compatibility for Xbox 360 Kinect Games? It is not that hard.

    As kinect production has been discontinued, I don't think they'll make those games bacward compatible.
