Xbox Backwards-Compatibility Problems

I do not need support on this topic, because this has been happening to all gamers across Xbox Live. All I want is for the right people to see this thread(people working with Xbox that could solve this issue, or someone who knows who I can bring this problem to) so we can bring rest to this because it is pretty irritating. I will leave a YouTube link at the bottom that goes more in-depth on this problem.

There have been multiple problems in old Call of Duty titles(MW1, MW2, BO1, MW3) searching for games e.g. freezing, lobbies not being found, getting kicked out, etc. These have all been proven to originate from the Xbox servers, as these games worked perfectly fine before, also shown in the video.

I'm not sure what else to add, except incorrect player counts on certain games(I know there are not 0 people playing MW2 and I know that there are not 1 million active players on BO1), how most of these titles report an incorrect amount of good games to be tested(there are not 50 good search and destroy games to be tested in mw2), and that I keep getting randomly frozen and kicked out with the message, "You must be signed in to Xbox LIVE to play Xbox LIVE matches.".

One more thing that suggests it is a problem with the Xbox Servers is how I was able to find a lobby on MW2 Steam with a Strict NAT Type in less that 2 seconds, with there being a free alternative available to mw2(IW4x).
