    Xbox backwards compatibility not working


    When I try to play Xbox 360 games on my One S, it won’t let me play online, It won’t even let me download a new account onto the 360 player list. Just gives me the same error, can’t connect to Xbox live. I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to help. I’m starting to lose hope.

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.
