Xbox - Backwards Compatabile

I'm probably not the first question to ask this, but is there ever the slightest possibility of the older Need For Speed games such as Carbon, MW 2005 and UD2 to be backwards compatible? And if not is there a specific reason? Those games bring me so much
joy and I wish I could play them on Xbox One.

If the optical drive was all there was to it then it wouldn't be an issue however the actual architecture of the hardware will not allow for backwards compatabillity

These are some of the best NFS games. Would love to revisit them all.

Part of this will be the developers decision as well. They may have a way to leave them some feedback was well.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Your best bet would be to get with the developers to see if they can become backward compatible games. Microsoft goes by what the developers allow.

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing. All you can do is try to message the game developers and ask. It's all you can do.
