    Xbox Backward Compatibility: can't download Star Wars Battlefront II


    My daughter has a Gold account (active and works on Xbox One).

    We have never figured out how to download any of the backwards compatible games with gold, except to just log back into the Xbox 360 and start downloading them. THEN we can download them on our Xbox One.

    However, when we tried to download Star Wars Battlefront II on the Xbox 360, it said we needed a Gold account.

    The Xbox 360 DID show that we had a gold account and that it was active. But for some reason when we tried to download that game, it went to the 'buy a gold account' screen.
