Xbox back right USB port not working

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I would advise attempting to perform a

Physical Power Cycle on the console. Refreshing your console this way will sometimes do the trick. If you continue to run into this problem then you can always perform a

Factory Reset while keeping all Games & apps. Just make sure to have your account information as this will remove all accounts and will require you to Add them back on the console.

There won't be any settings, as the Xbox USB ports are always open. This is a strange occurrence, are the back USB ports working well?

Make very sure you're in the right USB port if you have an Xbox One without a dedicated Kinect port (like an Xbox One S or Xbox One X)!

The Kinect--even though it has a power adapter--needs consistent voltage in its USB connection too, and only the USB port on the Xbox labeled "Kinect" provides it (that's the port closest to the HDMI I believe.) A POWERED USB hub may work too.

But... plugging the Kinect into one of the other two USB ports--or a non-powered USB hub--will cause problems -- either a warning to plug it in the right port... or intermittent connection issues... or a failure to be detected at all.

Also don't forget to try something random on your Xbox. Maybe a USB or charge your phone. It could also be your Xbox USB port not working. Try the USB ports on the back or the sides depending on which Xbox you have.

It only works on the USB port, the P2 port does not recognize?

It recognizes the headset, but I've just had to unplug and plug back in the usb into the Xbox for it to assign the headset again.
