Xbox Avatar Synchronization Problems with Community Sites

On the Xbox Live Rewards Site and on https://community.xbox.com/ambassadors/profile an old (and ugly) version of my Avatar is being used, with no way to change or update it. It's updated on Xbox
as a GamerPic, and elsewhere, but specifically on these sites it's using only the very first avatar which was created, which a friend made as a joke. Whilst not hugely problematic, it's highly annoying seeing a poor representation of me being used on these
profiles with no way to update or change it.

I've updated my other avatar a number of times, and signed in and out of the websites to no avail. This issue has persisted for several months and has never changed.

vDEACON, I'm not trying to insult the community sites. I hope you realise that.

However I do find it very insulting on Microsoft's part that they'd cancel the way they interact with the Xbox Community but then expect people to buy Major Nelson themed avatar items.

 

Fo4 Synchronization problems

A while back when I was playing g ARK: SE the console opened a window that said I had to synchronize my cloud data. So I did and I went through the process and when It finished I put it Fallout 4 so that it could sync. But when I started the process it went
REALLY slow it took about 30 to 40 minutes for it to make it to one percent. So I restarted the game and it did the same thing and when I stopped the sync process and loaded it again it jumped to 99 then froze and wouldn't move. So I restarted it AGAIN only
for it to do the same process but it landed on 78 instead of 99. So I tried letting it do its thing and it got to 80 and stopped without moving.

Does anyone got a solution for this because I REALLY want to play Fallout again especially with the upcoming mods to XB1
