Xbox Avatar Keeps Freezing

so i want to change my gamerpic to my avatar. So i go to the customize tab on my profile and choose to change my pic. When i click on “take a pic of your avatar” it redirects me to Xbox Avatar Editor and freezes before i can take a pic. Can you please
fix this?

It did not work. Any other suggestions? Is there a way you can try and see if it works or not

Wont this factory reset my console and get rid of everything?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Yeah i have the same problem its its re getting on my nervs
