Xbox Avatar Item "Archive Logo Hoodie - Yellow" not working on xbox one.

I'm sorry to hear about this color mismatch from the Original Avatar app and the recent Xbox Avatar Editor app. Since the item was bought from the Xbox 360 marketplace, the internal coding for this accessory item may not have transitioned correctly to the
Xbox One system.

Does the hoodie appear black on your profile using the Xbox One console and on xbox.com?

Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

Do you have any friends or know someone online that has the same item, to confirm this isn't an isolated behavior? I can't think on any solution to this but waiting till the support team address the issue in a patch or something like that

It could have been corrupted when ported over.

Thanks for replying! Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with that yellow hoodie for your avatar. If you've purchased the item for your OG avatar, then it would only be available for your OG Avatar. You do have the option to deck out your OG avatar,
then import it to take the place of your new avatar or gamer pic. For a bit more clarity on that, I'd recommend having a look at our support article: Where’s
my old avatar stuff?

If you'd like to make a suggestion concerning the use of avatar items between the OG and the new avatar apps, then I would recommend posting that suggestion to the
Xbox Ideas page. I'm sure that there are others out there who would be interested in that as well!

I did import it. My old avatar shows up but the hoodie it self is black. Everything else is fine.
