Xbox audio distortion/slow motion

Ive been having this issue where if i do not have my mic plugged into my controller the audio starts sounding distorted like you put a youtube video in slow motion and it happens no matter what game or app im on. Anyone got a fix?

It only happens when a mic isnt plugged in so it is not that

I have done that many of times. It has been doing this for a couple of months now

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

this is normally due to wifi disruption I believe.

My network connection isnt the problem and ive factory reset the console and it still hasent fixed it only happens when you unplug a mic from the controller and it doesnt matter what controller you are using
