Couple of questions though, are you on the "Insider Program" (Think that's what its called) if you are then perhaps you shouldn't as these sort of things can and do happen. You are basically Beta/Alpha testing software that is unfinished. Does things slip
through that could potentially stop you from playing games? yes, and like I said, if your not prepared for problems like this, I would unsubscribe from the program.

If your not, then you have a legitimate complaint, though looking at when you posted this it looks like you are, because the most recent insider update was about three or four days ago.

Got it out... Must read sticker on front of xbox...

i have same issue and they wan you to pay 150$ to have it repaired or refurbed. i have the Day One console and this blows i dont want a refurbed i want another day or or limited and the game

So if I understand you right and you now have two discs inserted in your Xbox One console, there is no way but have it serviced to have the "eaten" disc being removed.

Is your console placed horizontally or vertically?
