Xbox Are Shown Offline When They're Actually Connected

Several contacts in recent weeks appear to me disconnected when in fact they are connected. If I look at it in detail, the profile is shown fine, but in the list of all friends they appear disconnected.

At first, I thought it would be a one-time issue, but lately, I'm starting to think it might be some kind of mistake.

The bug was reported since the X series a short time ago. It happens in Alpha skip ahead ring.
