Xbox Are lying about the software inside the xbox one, its out dated and crap

Having constant issues with xbox one connectivity, 160 latency is bad that's nearly over a second behind everyone else,

Xbox 360 with virgin no issues what so ever.........Xbox One with virgin is terrible the console is shockingly bad

PS4 with virgin no issues at all.........Gaming PC with virgin no issues what so ever

So I spoke to Virgin media there saying that the xbox one doesn't actually have the right transfer card in the systems, the card isn't doing what it says.

I am running a 160 mb download and 14 upload I should not be having issues.

I have spoke with Microsoft so many times......so if anyone else has got the fastest virgin internet..... go to settings on the xbox one and test your connection, if you have roundabouts the same speed as me or over 100 mb anyway I bet you get over 150 latency.....
this is a massive issue.

I was told to try opening all my ports setting up a static ip, turning off upnp turning it back on loads of things but nothing fixes it because the xbox one cant handle the speeds that virgin are giving people. if anyone else has checked or are having the
same issues leave a message so we can take it further.....because at the end of the day the Xbox one is misleading all of us when it says what it can do etc etc etc so we need to get this massive issue sorted.

I was a massive Xbox fan boy but the PS4 is so much better due to not having any connection issues at all, oh and more frames in game and better quality but there we go

Disappointed with xbox support.

I think this guy is lying about his XBox One practically blowing up on the inside. He probably did something to cause it to malfunction, and I'm pretty sure Microsoft could care less about "losing your trust". I highly doubt it'll bum anyone at Microsoft
out.

 

Anyone think Microsoft will upgrade the specs so it will? not be 50% weaker than PS4

you want to talk about lying....how about the lying that Sony is doing with their bs about having so much more RAM than the Xone. Not so fast, my frothing at the mouth sony fanboys

yeesh. I have problems myself with the xbox one, i'm running a much slower speed than you are, however. I run at 100Mbps down and 24Mbps up.
